This menu is perfect for any type of event specially CHRISTMAS DINNER. 

No buffet services included.

Food is delivery in disposable vac seal bags and trays. 

How to Prepare It

Remove it from the vacuum-sealed bag and pat it dry with a paper towel. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to lose the chill. Add Meat Boss Dry Rub to season it.

Preheat the oven to 375°F and cook the pork loin for 40 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing it.

Ensure there is no moisture on the surface or in the oven if you want the bacon to become crispy. Let it rest well before slicing, and you’ll have great results.
