• The service will be at a communal table where everyone will enjoy our chef’s creations for this special occasion.

• Parking is limited; we kindly ask that each couple bring only one vehicle.

• We reserve the right of admission.

• Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

This service includes a wine pairing, carbonated water, and mineral water. We request moderation in alcohol consumption and noise levels.

The venue is designed to provide a special evening for you and your partner, along with other couples, in a communal table setting without the usual noise of traditional restaurants.

Dinner will take place outdoors and is subject to weather conditions.

First Course

Peppered Thinly Sliced Filet Mignon Carpaccio

Delicately seasoned with cracked pepper, served with velvety Parmigiano cream, finely grated dehydrated egg, fresh arugula, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).

Second Course

72-Hour Sous Vide Short Ribs
Tender short ribs, slow-cooked sous vide at 130°F for 72 hours, expertly seared, and served over a creamy celery mash, accompanied by a rich reduction sauce.

Third Course

Succulent Sear Prime New York Strip 

Butter-poached shrimp served atop a velvety carrot mash, accompanied by sautéed broccolini, and finished with a bold black garlic sauce.Dessert

Fourth Course

Triple Chocolate Beef Tallow Cake

Decadent triple chocolate cake made with beef tallow, served with creamy hazelnut ice cream, praline crunch, and toasted almonds.
